Terms and Conditions

Effective July 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tarot readings, spiritual guidance, video calls, text readings, recorded readings, and related services provided by Dap Divination.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in a reading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Your experience matters to me. If you are genuinely unhappy with your reading, contact me within 24 hours of receiving it or completing your session. Explain the issue clearly and allow me a reasonable opportunity to review what happened.

I will do everything I reasonably can to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include answering reasonable follow up questions, providing clarification, correcting an incomplete delivery, rescheduling a session affected by technical problems, or providing a partial or full refund.

A full refund will generally be provided when:

A paid reading was never delivered.
Dap Divination canceled the service and no acceptable replacement was provided.
A major technical failure prevented the service from being completed and rescheduling is not practical.
The service delivered was materially different from the service purchased.

Refunds will not normally be granted because:

You disliked or disagreed with the message.
The reading did not confirm what you hoped to hear.
You changed your mind after the reading was delivered.
A predicted possibility did not occur.
Another person made a different choice than expected.
You provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
You missed a scheduled appointment without reasonable notice.
You requested a refund more than 24 hours after receiving the service.

Every request is reviewed fairly and individually. The satisfaction guarantee does not create an automatic right to a refund in every situation. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

My goal is for every client to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated, and I stand behind every reading I provide.

Nature of Services

Dap Divination provides tarot readings and spiritual guidance for personal insight, reflection, clarity, and entertainment.

Readings reflect the energy, circumstances, and possibilities present at the time of the session. They do not guarantee specific outcomes, future events, decisions, relationships, financial results, or changes in another person's behavior.

You remain fully responsible for your own choices and actions.

Readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Dap Divination does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe treatment, provide legal representation, or make financial decisions for clients.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or licensed professional.

Client Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or receive a reading. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Payments and Booking

Payment is required before a reading begins or an appointment is confirmed.

Video appointments are subject to availability. Purchasing a video reading does not automatically reserve a time unless the required scheduling process has also been completed.

Clients are responsible for providing a working email address, phone number, and any information needed to complete the reading. Dap Divination is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing contact information.

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect a service that has already been purchased.

Reading Delivery

Text readings are generally completed within hours of payment, depending on availability and the information provided by the client.

Recorded readings are delivered through a private or unlisted video link.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed when delays result from illness, emergencies, technical problems, unusually high demand, missing client information, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Dap Divination.

Appointments, Late Arrivals, and Missed Sessions

Clients should arrive on time for scheduled video readings.

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting Dap Divination, the appointment may be treated as missed. Missed appointments are not automatically eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible and remain subject to availability.

If Dap Divination must cancel an appointment and another acceptable time cannot be arranged, the client will receive a full refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact Dap Divination before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved directly.

Dap Divination may provide the payment processor with booking records, delivery confirmation, appointment history, messages, and other relevant documentation when responding to a dispute.

Submitting a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in refusal of future services.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully.

Dap Divination may end or refuse a session involving harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive behavior, sexual misconduct, repeated boundary violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

A session ended because of serious client misconduct may not qualify for a refund.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information and reading details will be handled with reasonable care and discretion.

Information may be shared when required by law, needed to process a payment, necessary to deliver the purchased service, or required to respond to fraud or a payment dispute.

Payments and scheduling may be handled through third party services such as PayPal, Google, or YouTube. Their privacy policies and terms also apply when you use those services.

Recording and Intellectual Property

Readings, written interpretations, videos, graphics, website content, and original materials created by Dap Divination remain the intellectual property of Dap Divination unless otherwise stated.

Clients may save their personal reading for private use. Readings may not be resold, publicly reposted, edited for misleading purposes, or used commercially without written permission.

Neither party may secretly record a live video or phone session without the other party's consent.

Limitation of Responsibility

Dap Divination is not responsible for losses, damages, conflicts, missed opportunities, emotional reactions, or decisions made based on a reading.

To the extent permitted by law, any financial responsibility connected to a claim will not exceed the amount the client paid for the specific service involved.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Refusal of Service

Dap Divination reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect safety, professional boundaries, business integrity, or the wellbeing of anyone involved.

If service is refused after payment but before any work has begun, the payment will be refunded unless fraud, abuse, or a payment dispute is involved.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as services, policies, or legal requirements change. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal law.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
